The first Pixar movie in 20 years, “Up,” opens in theaters nationwide this Friday, and the film’s star, Will Ferrell, was quick to praise the film, which he said “sounds so great.”
Here’s how to watch it without a theater.
First, make sure you’re in the “First Look” tab of your Disney app.
If you’re not, you can see a list of available theaters.
If the app doesn’t let you check out theaters, you’ll have to open the app manually.
From there, you’re going to need to install the Disney Movies app.
Then, if you’re using the iOS or Android versions of the app, you will need to select the “My Disney Movies” tab and click the “Watch Disney Movies via App” button.
If your device isn’t connected to the internet, you may need to manually connect it.
That’s where you’ll need to find the “Disney Movies” app on your phone, and select it from the list of apps.
From the app’s main menu, you should see a tab that says “Disney movies on your device.”
If it’s not there, press the “More” button at the bottom of the screen to find it.
Then tap the “Play Disney Movies,” and you’re ready to watch.
“Up” opens in theatres nationwide on Friday, November 19.
